Sales Coordinator
   
 
 
  Role  
  n Regular contact with customers / prospects  
  n Produce and follow up quotations  
  n Manage and follow up marketing campaigns  
  n Sales order processing  
  n Liaise with distributors and vendors  
  n Update our CRM and business pipeline  
     
 
  Experience / Requirements  
  n Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint  
  n ACT CRM (or similar) experience  
  n Sage Line 50 (or similar) / order entry skills  
  n Previous sales / sales administration skills  
  n Campaign / event management experience*  
  n Health and Safety and Fire Warden Training*

  n Friendly, outgoing, professional personality  
  n Can think on your feet and react sensibly  
  n Happy working alone and as a small team  
  n Can work under pressure / to deadlines

  Package  
  Basic Salary:   £15,000.00 per annum
  Pension:   Maximum 3% of base salary
  Company Car:   No (office based position)
  Overtime:   No
  Training:   Yes
  Holidays:   25 Days + Public Holidays
  Location:   Barnstaple
  Hours:   9:00am to 5:30pm Mon to Fri
