| We can help by auditing your network, monitoring your systems, identifying and diagnosing issues both remotely and on-site and providing an emergency engineer when you need one. |
n Help Desk: 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday
n Telephone, remote access and on-site support
n Hardware maintenance (with & without parts)
n Per incident and per hour based support
n Flexible, unlimited service level agreements
n Telephone and on-site response from 1 hour
n Proactive management and reporting services |
